This reporting tool provides a way for members of the campus to offer constructive feedback on various aspects of the College and how it functions.  It is not intended to be used for reporting emergencies, reporting incidents or initiating formal complaints.  To initiate a formal process, please contact either the Office of Equity and Campus Diversity (716-878-6210) or University Police Department (716-878-6333).  Your feedback is valued and helps to inform efforts to continually improve life on our campus.  You may submit your suggestions anonymously if you choose.  The College will collect and analyze responses; however, the College does not respond directly individuals who submit suggestions.  Suggestions will be shared with the offices most directly connected to your concerns.


The information contained in this report will become part of the College’s formal record-keeping.  Reports may be available to the students to which they pertain under The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records.
